Marnie (Medha) McKnight-Favell has over 20 years in private healing practice. She received her Master-Instructor certification in Integrated Energy Therapy® in 2003. Prior to this, Marnie was certified as a Reiki healer. As early as childhood, Marnie self studied healing touch, including reflexology, intuitive healing touch, and working with spirit guides. She was compelled to pursue healing work in earnest after a healing experience at the age of 20 profoundly expanded her awareness of energies, dimensions and realms.

In 2004, Marnie was certified as a RYT-200 yoga instructor, and in 2005, she became a RYT-500 yoga instructor. Marnie holds an E-RYT 500 status with Yoga Alliance, with 20 years of teaching experience with individuals and groups. Marnie has trained with, and provided yoga instruction at Yoga Way, a Lakulish Yoga Center, since 2004. Marnie teaches weekly yoga classes as well as weekly preschool yoga enrichment. She works with all age groups. 

In 2006, Marnie met her Bapuji, who set the trajectory for her life moving forward in every way: starting a family, deepening her spiritual practice, learning how to be a student in life with reverence. Together with her family, she has had the privilege of studying with Bapuji since 2006, and strives to fulfill her dharma through her role as student, mother, partner, and healer.

Between 1999 and 2006, Marnie trained extensively in classical and modern homeopathy, receiving training at the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy, the Teleosis School of Homeopathy, and clinical training at the Maya School of Homeopathy in New York City. Marnie is trained in multiple methodologies of homeopathy as well as flower essence therapy. 

During this same period of time, Marnie immersed herself in the Violet Alchemy Mystery School in the Hudson Valley of NY, receiving in-depth experiential training in trancework, channeling, vibrational healing, dowsing, and esoteric techniques, along with ritual work and initiation rites. 

Marnie received her initiation as a Priestess of Isis in the Order of Magdalene in 2006. Marnie is also ordained in the Order of Melchizedek and the Universal Life Church, and is legally ordained as a wedding officiant. She also designs and officiates celebration rituals and services for mother and parent blessings, baby blessings and baptisms, menarche rites of passage, and memorial celebrations of life. 

Prior to embarking on this immersive path of healing and teaching, Marnie worked in the corporate world as a project manager and Human Resources administrator within the Finance organization at IBM. Marnie received her BA in Business Management from Hartwick College in 1996, which was an unusual turn of events after planning to enter college to train as a music therapist. Marnie weaves aspects of all of these various healing techniques in her individual work with clients. We focus primarily on channeled energy healing in private sessions, and all of the work in session is informed by this broad body of experience.
